  • US ONLY: Refunds are only available for US orders. International orders are not available to refund
  • 14-Day Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your jewelry.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry item must be in its original, unused condition, with all accompanying certificates, documents, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, when returning or exchanging an item.

 

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please securely package the jewelry, including all original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

  • Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Please allow 3 business days for this process.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: If the item meets our return policy criteria, you can choose between a refund or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    Exchanges may require additional payment if the new item's value is higher than the original purchase. 
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or repair at no additional cost to you.
