Lumiyre Return Policy

Lumiyre is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality customer service. We understand that sometimes, you may change your mind or encounter unexpected issues with your purchase. We offer a flexible 14-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

This policy covers both Lumiyre jewelry and studio: LUMI clothing. Where terms differ between the two, they are noted below.

Jewelry (Lumiyre)

• US ONLY: Refunds are only available for US orders. International orders are not available to refund.

• 14-Day Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your jewelry.

• Refunds and Exchanges: If the item meets our return policy criteria, you can choose between a refund or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges may require additional payment if the new item's value is higher than the original purchase.

Clothing (studio: LUMI)

• Domestic Returns Only: Returns are only accepted for domestic (US) orders. International orders are not eligible for return.

• 14-Day Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your product to initiate a return.

• Store Credit Only: Eligible clothing items may be exchanged for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for studio: LUMI clothing.

• Damaged or Defective Clothing: A clothing item is considered damaged or defective if, upon delivery, it exhibits one or more of the following:

• Rips, tears, holes, snags, or pulls in the fabric

• Broken, missing, or non-functional zippers, buttons, snaps, hooks, or other fastenings

• Peeling, cracked, misaligned, or misprinted graphics, embroidery, or embellishments

• A garment that does not match the size stated on its label

• Missing components, such as belts, ties, or detachable elements listed as included

The following are not considered damage or defects: normal wear and tear; damage caused after delivery; damage resulting from washing, drying, or ironing contrary to the care label; damage caused by alterations; and minor variations in color, texture, or finish inherent to the fabric or to handmade elements. Damaged or defective claims must be reported within the 14-day return period, and we may request photos of the issue before approving a return.

Terms Applicable to All Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all accompanying certificates, documents, tags, and packaging intact.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, when returning or exchanging an item.

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please securely package the item, including all original packaging.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

• Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Please allow 3 business days for this process.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or repair at no additional cost to you.
